What Are Spedra Tablets?
Spedra tablets are a type of medication that are taken for Erectile Dysfunction (ED). Spedra works similar to how Sildenafil works. Spedra works by promoting blood flow towards the penis, which results in heightened ability yo maintaing erections to help cure your ED. The blood flow will usually only occur during sexual stimulation, meaning you can still enjoy foreplay whilst taking Spedra Tablets.
Spedra comes in three different strenghts, 50mg, 100mg and 200mg. It is recommended that you start on 100mg, however, other strenghts can be prescribed depending on what you need, by our UK qualified, UK-based prescriber.
Avanafil for ED Treatment
The active ingreadient in Spedra Tablets is the drug Avanafil- avanafil is also sold under the brand name 'Stendra' in the USA. Avanafil is part of a class of drugs known as PDE-5 inhibitors. PDE-5 is an enzyme, which when inhibited will increase blood flow to the penis when you become aroused and therefore you are able to achieve and maintain an erection for a longer period of time. Other PDE-5 inhibitors are Sildenafil, Tadalafil,Viagra and Eropid.

What is Spedra 100mg?
Spedra comes in a vairety of strenghts. These strengths are 50mg, 100mg and 200mg. Clinical guidance suggests that you should start taking Spedra Tablets at a strengh of 100mg.
Spedra 200mg is the highest strenght of Spedra that is available. This strenght is reserved for those that have tried lower strengths or other ED cures that have not worked.
Spedra 200mg tablets should be effective and strong enough to treat most cases of ED. However, like all ED medication, there is a possibility of little to no effect, especially if it is the first time the medicine is being used. If a certain dose of Spedra is not working, it is recommended that you try at least eight times before switching to a different strength of Spedra or medicine.
If you notice side effects of Spedra such as headaches or flushing and persist after uses the medicine multiple times then you should stop using Spedra and switch to a different ED medicine or reduce your dose of Spedra.
How Long Does Spedra Take To Work?
Spedra is one of the fastest solutioins for ED available- it can take as little as 20 minutes and this can last for up to 4 or 5 hours. If you have eaten an hour before taking Spedra, it may take up to 90 minutes for the medication to work. It is therefore recommended you have a low fat meal 2-3 hours before taking Spedra.
Does Spedra Work?
Spedra works by treating the physical causes of ED that prevent men from achieving and maintaining an erection (reduced blood flow to the penis because of narrowing of areteries). ED can also be caused by psychological reasons such as performance anxiety or depression. It is possible that Spedra can help achieve an erection if the symptoms are psychological, however it is not as successful in these cases (like all ED medication). It is recommended that you use ED medication and speak to a doctor or therapist for longer term solution.
Does Spedra Take Effect Faster Than Viagra?
Spedra is a much quicker treatment than Viagra — it can take as little as 20 minutes to take effect. It is normally recommended that you take one Spedra tablet around 30 minutes before sex (and for some men, it can work as quickly as 15 minutes after consumption, particularly if you take it on an empty stomach).
Viagra, on the other hand, needs to be taken one hour before sex as it is unlikely to work in a shorter period of time.
If you take Spedra on a full stomach after a large fatty meal — in this instance it can take as long as 90 minutes to have the desired effect.
Does Spedra Last Longer Than Viagra
It is a draw between the Viagra and Spedra. Both of these ED treatments last a similar amount of time — roughly 4-5 hours.
It is worth mentioning that this does not mean that you will have an erection for 5 hours straight, but that your ability to achieve and maintain an erection will increase during this time.
Is Spedra as Effective as Viagra?
It depends what you deem to be more important to you, if you want a better chance of getting an erection then Viagra is likely your first choice, however if you are looking to achieve and maintain an erection for up to FOUR times quicker than Viagra, then Spedra should be your choice.

Spedra (Avanafil) Reviews
Spedra has a very mixed bag of reviews, whilst some patients find that it is not as effective as medications like tadalafil which boasts an incredibly long lasting effect, some users much prefer it to medications such as Viagra or Sildenafil because of how quickly it takes effect compared to the traditional ED medications. One reviwer left the following review:
"Love this new pill! Less side effects than Viagra and Cialis, last twice as long as Viagra and start in as little as 15 minutes. I've used Viagra as well as Cialis and Stendra is better in all aspects hands down!"

How Does Spedra Work?
Spedra does not initiate sexual arousal; it is only effective if you are aroused sexually already.
Spedra is one of a class of drugs known as PDE-5 (Phosphodiesterase type 5) inhibitors. Like other medications in this class, such as sildenafil or tadalafil, it works by stopped this protein (PDE-5) from binding to blood vessels in the penis. Preventing this enzyme or inhibiting it will allow for increased blood flow to the penis, thus allowing for longer lasting and firmer erections.
Is Spedra Effective?
Clinical studies have shown that when Spedra is compared to a Placebo and the other drugs in the same class, the results indicated a significant improvement in preventing the effects of Erectile Dysfunction (ED).
The proposed advantage of Spedra is that it has very quick onset of action when compared to other PDE5 inhibitors. It is absorbed rapidly, reaching a maximum concentration in about 30–45 minutes. Roughly two-thirds of the trial participants were able to engage in sexual activity within 15 minutes.
Although Spedra has been established as a safe, relaible and effective medication for ED, it may not be appropriate for everyone who suffers from the condition and it might not work.
How Does Spedra Affect Blood Pressure?
Spedra can lower blood pressure slightly; this is not a problem for the majority of men using this treatment. The prime issue is Spedra's effects can be perpetuated if taken with a nitrate drug (commonly prescribed for angina) such as GTN spray or isosorbide mononitrate.
If you take Spedra with a nitrate, it can lower your blood pressure to an extent that could prove fatal. You must never take Spedra if you are taking a nitrate.
Can I Take Spedra if I Have a Heart Condition?
If you suffer from any hear condition, you must consult with your doctor for a full check-up to see if Spedra is suitable for you or if you can take it with a heart condition.
Can Women Take Spedra?
Spedra is a medication for erectile dysfunction and therefore it cannot be taken by women. There are no medications for ED that are licensed or can/should be taken by women.
How Long Does it Take for Spedra to Work?
A single Spedra tablet should be taken 15-30 minutes beofre any sexual activity. On average it usually takes 30 minutes to start working. If you take Spedra with food, it can take longer to work than if taken on an empty stomach.
The effects of Spedra can last for as long as 4-6 hours. This does not mean you will have an erection continuously for that period of time, it just means you will find the ability to get and maintain an erection easily.
How Often Should I Take Spedra?
You should not take more than a single dose of Spedra in a 24 hour period.
Where Can I Buy Spedra?
Spedra, like most other drugs in it's class is a prescription only medication (POM) and therefore it can only be acquried by either getting a prescription from your doctor or by using a registered and regulated online doctor or pharmacy service. Online services can provide you with a prescription and also have the item sent to your door.
Why Are There Different Strengths?
Spedra comes in three different doses / strengths. It comes in 50mg, 100mg and 200mg tablets. Some men can respond to lower doses of Spedra whilst some may need higher doses. Another reason the doses are different is because some men may be taking medication that can interact with Spedra so a dose adjustment may be required.
What Dose of Spedra Should I Take?
It is recommended that men start at a dose of 100mg of Spedra. If you experience side effects then the advice is to drop to 50mg and if you experience no effect then you are advised to increase the dose to 200mg.
What Happens if it Does Not Work The First Time?
It is advised that you take the medication at least EIGHT times before concluding whether or not the medication works. On some occasions the medication may not work the first time around.

Does Spedra Cure The Underlying Cause of ED?
Spedra, 'nor any ED medication, can resolve the underlying cause of impotence. Using medication such as Spedra may help in breaking the cycle associated with ED however, suhc as the feeling of failure and anxiety when you cannot achieve an erection. If the reason you cannot achieve an erection is due to a health condition like diabetes where your blood vessels shrink, then again, the medication will not be a cure but it will help you get an erection.
