Christmas Closure Dates

Due to the Christmas and New Year's public holidays, Cloud Pharmacy will be closed during the periods stated below. 

Our online service will continue to take orders as normal. However, our dispatch department will also be closed during this time. 

FESTIVE DELIVERY DATES 2022

Christmas Closure

Closed from 15:30 (GMT) on Thursday 22nd December 2022. 

We will begin shipping orders again from Wednesday 28th December 2022. Orders will be shipped in date order until the backlog is cleared.

We CANNOT guarantee same day dispatch for customers, while we catch up from the orders over the holiday period and will do our best to get all orders dispatched as soon as possible. 
 

New Year's Closure

Closed from 15:30 (GMT) on Friday 30th December 2022.

We will begin shipping orders again from Wednesday 4th January 2023. Orders will be shipped in date order until the backlog is cleared.

We CANNOT guarantee same day dispatch for customers, while we catch up from the orders over the holiday period and will do our best to get all orders dispatched as soon as possible. 
 

We expect that courier deliveries will return to normal from Thursday 5th Jan 2023.
