Christmas and New Year Delivery Dates
Due to the Christmas and New Year's public holidays, Cloud Pharmacy will be closed during the periods stated below.
Our online service will continue to take orders as normal. However, our dispatch department will also be closed during this time.
Christmas Closure
Closed from 15:30 (GMT) on Friday 22nd December 2023.
Our couriers will continue to pick up deliveries up to and including 22/12/2023 until 15:30, however, they cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas. From Wednesday 27th December 2023 we will begin shipping orders in date order until the backlog is cleared.
We CANNOT guarantee same day dispatch for customers, while we catch up from the orders over the holiday period and will do our best to get all orders dispatched as soon as possible.
New Year's Closure
Closed from 15:30 (GMT) on Friday 29th December 2022.
Our couriers will continue to pickup deliveries up to and including 29/12/2023 until 15:30, however we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive before New Years. We will begin shipping orders again from Wednesday 3rd January 2024. Orders will be shipped in date order until the backlog is cleared.
We CANNOT guarantee same day dispatch for customers, while we catch up from the orders over the holiday period and will do our best to get all orders dispatched as soon as possible.
We expect the courier services to return to normal from Thursday 4th Jan 2024.
