Christmas and New Year Delivery Dates

Due to the Christmas and New Year's public holidays, Cloud Pharmacy will be closed during the periods stated below. 

Our online service will continue to take orders as normal. However, our dispatch department will also be closed during this time. 

Christmas Closure

Any orders placed from Monday 22nd December are not guaranteed before Christmas/New Year. 

Closed from 15:30 (GMT) on Wednesday 24th December 2025. 

Our couriers will continue to pick up deliveries up to and including 24/12/2025 until 12:00, however, they cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas. From Monday 29th December 2025 we will begin shipping orders in date order.

We CANNOT guarantee same day dispatch for customers, while we catch up from the orders over the holiday period and will do our best to get all orders dispatched as soon as possible. 
 

New Year's Closure

Closed from 15:30 (GMT) on Wednesday 31st December 2025.

Our couriers will continue to pickup deliveries up to and including 31/12/2025 until 15:30, however we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive before New Years. We will begin shipping orders again from Friday 2nd January 2054. Orders will be shipped in date order.

We CANNOT guarantee same day dispatch for customers, while we catch up from the orders over the holiday period and will do our best to get all orders dispatched as soon as possible. 
 

We expect the courier services to return to normal from Monday 5th Jan 2024.
