The three active ingredients in Capasal Therapeutic Shampoo—salicylic acid, coconut oil, and distilled coal tar—fight a variety of scalp conditions, including eczema, dandruff, psoriasis, and cradle cap. Salicylic acid eliminates loose or flaky skin, while coconut oil hydrates, softens, and lubricates the scalp. Distilled coal tar also reduces itching and aids in the restoration of normal skin cell development.
