With two different types of tablets—a white daytime tablet and a blue nighttime tablet—Benylin Day & Night Cold & Flu Relief works quickly to relieve your cold and flu symptoms. The white tablet contains paracetamol to fight pain and fever, while the blue tablet contains pseudoephedrine hydrochloride, a decongestant that clears stuffy noses, and diphenhydramine hydrochloride, an antihistamine that helps you fall asleep.
