- Carbamazepine - which can cause heart failure and liver failure in severe reactions with Fluconazole
- Amiodarone and Dofetilide - heart rhythm medication
- Channel blocker drugs, which can cause dizziness, confusion, low blood pressure, and headaches
- Some statins, which can reach with Fluconazole to cause muscle pain and weakness
